Bob Gauthier is an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector and is required to meet several requirements and responsibilities:

• Adhering to a comprehensive Standard of Practice for Certified Home Inspectors

• Abiding by a strict Code of Ethics

• Utilizing State-of-the-Art Inspection Tools and Reporting Software, ensuring our clients make informed decisions
